Importance of washing your hands

With swine flu coming into recent news, cleanliness is again one of the most topical subjects; when it comes to controlling the spread of germs it is vital to ensure all hard surfaces and hands are kept clean.

Hand hygiene is central to preventing spread of infectious diseases in home and everyday life settings. Because we are touching so many things, germs are easily spread, so washing your hands as often as possible is imperial when you want to stop germs from spreading. Simply by washing your hands with soap or hand sanitisers, you will be able to rid of almost all of the germs on your hands.

When it comes to keeping all hard surfaces clean, reducing the spread of germs, use a simple multi-purpose cleaner/spray. This will eliminate most of the germs found, which is brilliant as surfaces are used for a  multitude of things, such as the handling of food and a place to rest magazines or such products that have been handled by many people.
